 Your First SessionYour session is scheduled for 90 minutes. This consists of time to go over your health history, discuss your questions and concerns. You will have a full hour massage on the table. After the session there will be a few minutes for a review and to schedule your next massage. I will arrive with all supplies, music and set up a comfortable portable table. Depending on where you are in your pregnancy you can expect to receive your massage either in a semi-reclined and/or side-lying position. It's necessary to have your doctor or midwife sign the Doctor Form located on the Helpful Forms page. You can fax it to me if you'd like or just have it available for me at your first session. |
